When will my order ship? We usually pack and ship orders within 2–4 business days. Once it’s on the way, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow the journey straight to your doorstep.
Do you accept returns? No returns here — all sales are final. But don’t worry, if you get the wrong item or something arrives damaged, we’ll fix it right away. Just email us within 7 days with your order number and photos.
My package says “Delivered,” but I don’t see it. What now? We know that can be frustrating! Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it’s out of our hands. We recommend checking with your neighbors or contacting the carrier directly for help.
Do you ship internationally? Right now, we ship only within the U.S.
Can I change or cancel my order? We start working on your order pretty quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. Double-check your details before you hit “checkout” to be safe.
What if I typed the wrong address? Oops — it happens! Email us ASAP at contact@loochi.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to reach out to the carrier directly.
