• Standard delivery times typically take 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

• We currently ship to the U.S.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Loochi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at contact@loochi.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it right away.
